I managed the social media presence for three newly opened Playa Bowls franchise locations in the Maryland/Virginia area, helping to establish brand visibility in new markets. I adapted and localized the corporate marketing strategy to resonate with a new customer base, refining messaging and visual content to match regional preferences and trends.
My work included developing original content using mobile design tools, running paid ad campaigns, coordinating local influencer partnerships, and building strategic networks to promote store openings and seasonal offerings. Through a mix of organic growth and paid efforts, I helped drive foot traffic, increase engagement, and build brand awareness for the franchise’s launch.
